Antoine Eupraxus is the Childe of the Prince of Nice, and heir of the Eupraxus blood. This makes him akin to Kindred royalty. The Eupraxus blood is famous throughout the world, revered even by those not of the Invictus and Daeva. Even Carthians have been known to give pause when the lineage is brought up. They're the PR treasure of the Invictus; 'surely the covenant who has brought in such a regal lineage is worthy of joining? Their glamour may well be passed onto me'; Many have been lured in by such thoughts.

Still, for the nigh-royalty that he is regarded as, Antoine Eupraxus doesn't seem to really do all that much within the city of Amsterdam. He leads the Harpy's guild, to be sure, but beyond that he is known best as 'one of those aristocratic socialites, lounging around in Invictus Salons.', though few would dare say that out loud, out of fear it will come back to the ears of the Harpy.

He arrived from France only a few decades ago, shortly before the Carthians were allowed back into the city. Rumor has it that the trading of highly valuable boons through the Byzantine labyrinthe of the European Danse has placed him there, to serve as a PR star for the First Estate. Others say it's the exact opposite, that the Prince of Nice, his Sire, was the one to trade boons in order to get his childe a prestigious position within the city, and allow him a chance to spread the lineage there. Other tongues waggle with more exotic conspiracy tales. Whatever the truth, everyone is certain that the connections of the family make it an unappealing prospect to get on the bad side of Antoine Eupraxus.
